Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use our website, place an order, book an event, or communicate with Sweet Grace Creations Candy Buffet ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

1. What We Do

Sweet Grace Creations Candy Buffet provides candy buffets, dessert table styling, and related event services. Product appearance and specific candy selections may vary based on availability.

2. Bookings & Payments

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a booking. Your event date is reserved only after we confirm in writing and you pay any required deposit. Final payment is due before your event date.

Quotes are valid for 14 days. Significant changes (date, guest count, location, theme) may adjust pricing. We accept payments through secure payment processors.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].

•        30+ days before event: deposit is non-refundable; other payments may be refunded

•        14–29 days before event: 50% of total is non-refundable

•        Less than 14 days before event: 100% of total is non-refundable

Rescheduling is based on availability and may include a fee if requested less than 14 days before the event. Because our products are perishable and customized, candy and event services are generally non-refundable once we begin preparing your order.

4. Event Setup & Rentals

You are responsible for providing accurate venue details, adequate space, a sturdy level surface, and venue access at the agreed setup time. Outdoor events must have appropriate cover and climate considerations.

Jars, stands, props, and other rental items remain our property. Lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. Leftover candy belongs to you at the end of the event.

5. Allergens — Important

Our candy buffets contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, and gluten.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is your responsibility to inform us of allergen concerns when booking and to notify your guests of potential allergens. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or related health issues.

6. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Sweet Grace Creations Candy Buffet about order confirmations, booking updates, customer support, and promotions (when you opt in). You must be 18+ to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

7. Photos & Intellectual Property

We may photograph our candy buffet setups at your event for our portfolio, website, and social media. Photos focus on our work, not your guests. If you don't want photos used, please tell us in writing before your event.

All content on our website (logos, photos, designs, branding) belongs to Sweet Grace Creations Candy Buffet and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, illness, or venue issues. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or find a fair resolution.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota.
